The Short Version
This website collects only the information you choose to send us. It uses no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We do not sell or share your information with anyone, and we will not put you on a mailing list. Everything you send us is treated as confidential.
Information You Send Us
If you use the form on our Contact page, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you type. That information is delivered by email to our office and is used for one purpose: to read your inquiry and respond to you. We keep it the way we keep any business correspondence, and we do not use it for marketing.
The contact form includes a “verify you are human” check provided by Cloudflare to block automated spam. It runs only on that page and is not used to track you.
The Client Portal
Our client portal is available by invitation only. If we have invited you, signing in places a small cookie in your browser so the site can remember who you are while you work; it is essential to the sign-in feature and is not used for advertising or analytics. Documents you upload or view through the portal are client records, protected by the same duties of confidentiality that cover everything else you entrust to this firm. For security and record-keeping, the portal keeps a log of sign-ins and document activity.
Website Hosting
This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes routine technical information — such as your IP address and the pages your browser requests — in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that information to identify or track visitors.
What We Don’t Do
We do not use analytics or advertising services. We do not place tracking cookies. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone, for any reason. We do not send marketing email.
Your Choices
If you would like to know what information we have about you, or would like us to delete it, email us at admin@reeceandbaker.com and we will take care of it. One caveat: records connected to legal representation are subject to professional and legal retention obligations, so in some cases we may be required to keep them.
